Spectro Cloud scores £30.5m for Kubernetes management platform

Spectro Cloud, a Kubernetes management platform provider, has closed a $40 million (£30.5m) Series B funding round.

The round, which was led by New York-based investor Stripes, sees Spectro Cloud’s total funding to date reach $67.5 million (£51.5m) as enterprises are increasingly turning to Kubernetes for edge deployments.

Open-source software giant Red Hat has launched several new edge capabilities for enterprises alongside an improved architecture.
